Sessions. Stays run in one-week sessions, Saturday to Saturday, from May to October. You arrive on a Saturday and leave on a Saturday: one session, or several in a row.
Booking. Your dates are held as soon as you book and confirmed when your transfer arrives. If it has not arrived by the deadline you are given, the dates are released.
A firm booking. What you pay is a deposit (« acompte »), not « arrhes »: the booking is firm. A stay on fixed dates carries no right of withdrawal (article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code).
If you cancel.
— More than 30 days before you arrive: I move your stay to another session of the season at no cost, or I refund you and keep 20%.
— Between 30 and 14 days before: I keep 50%.
— Less than 14 days before, if you do not come, or if you leave early: nothing is refunded.
Cancellation insurance is worth having.
If I cancel. I refund everything you paid.
Your bed. If you settle it here, I collect it on behalf of the Mas, which hosts you. The scale above applies to everything you paid.
Refunds are made by bank transfer, to the account the payment came from.
Food is not part of the price: you take what you need on site and pay for what you eat.
Health. I am not a doctor, and a stay is no substitute for medical care. Tell me about any health problem before you book.
